The process

Introductions before assignments.

Applications begin with a portfolio review. Relevant collaborators may be invited to a conversation or a separately scoped paid test. Availability, scope, rates and usage are agreed before any assignment.

This is an independent contractor network application. Applying does not create employment or guarantee an assignment. Each project has a separately agreed scope, rate and terms.
